The learned Advocate Commissioner is present before this Court and has filed a report for additional remuneration dated 04.03.2024 indicating that the vehicle was seized from the custody of the respondent on 09.02.2024. Same is taken on record.

2. The learned Advocate Commissioner has also requested for additional remuneration.

3. Considering the fact that the warrant has been executed and a sum of Rs.30,000/- is ordered towards additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner.

4. In view of the above, this application is closed by directing the applicant to initiate arbitration proceedings within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the

seized vehicle shall not be disposed or transferred or alienated without permission of the learned arbitrator or the jurisdictional Execution Court.
