ORDER

Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned counsel for appellant would submit that the daughter of petitioner was undergone surgery for multinodular goitre problem and for that, as per the direction of this court, father of daughter has paid a sum of Rs.3,20,000/- for the said surgery. Now, the surgery was completed. The learned counsel would also submit that still they have to pay Rs.1,47,549/-, which is a post operative treatment.

2. On perusal of the bills annexed with the additional typed set of papers, discharge summary reveals that net amount paid by them is Rs.2,97,549/- in Appollo Spectra Hospital. So, the amount paid by the respondent was already utilised for the said surgery. But, for the post operative treatment, sufficient records was not produced. Further, in respect of claiming enhancement of maintenance as well as arrears of maintenance, a Civil Revision Petition is pending. Therefore, sufficient amount was paid by the respondent as per the 2/4

direction of this court and surgery was also conducted. Therefore, this Court is inclined to close the contempt petition. Parties are directed to work out their remedy in the Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
