This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the PRC.No.12 of 2022 in Crime No.05 of 2020 dated 11.01.2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Harur, Dharmapuri District and quash the same.

2.When this Court expressed its view that the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner for quashment of case in PRC.No.12 of 2022 in Crime No.05 of 2020 dated 11.01.2020 cannot be accepted, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed permission of this Court for withdrawal of this petition. Permission is granted.
