This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21996 of 2024 by order dated 12.09.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been filed before the X1V-Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21996 of 2024 vide order dated 12.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before X1V-Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai on the 1st working day of December 2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
