This petition has been filed to relax the condition 7(a) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23239 of 2024 on 23.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation in this case has been completed and final report has been filed before the Mahila Court, Tiruppur.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition 7(a) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23239 of 2024 on 23.09.2024 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Mahila Court, Tiruppur, on the first working day of December, 2024 and thereafter on the date tobe fixed by the learned trial Judge.
