This Petition has been filed to relax the the condition in para 6(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.

24488 of 2024 by order dated 03.10.2024 on the file of this Court.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioners have complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 28 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.24488 of 2024 on 03.10.2024 in para 6(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m for a period of one week and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
