This application has been filed for grant of Letters of Administration in favour of the applicants 2 to 5 in respect of the 1/5th share of the mother of the applicants.

2. This Court by an Order dated 16.08.2019 has granted Letters of Administration in favour of the first petitioner, who is the mother of the applicants herein and directed the first petitioner to execute the bond. However, the bond could not be executed due to COVID and in the meanwhile, the first petitioner died and the bond could not be executed. Hence, the applicants, who are legal heirs of the first petitioner, are entitled to their mother's share. It is also stated that the property has not been administered on the basis of the Letters of Administration issued in favour of the first petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this application is Ordered and the registry is directed to issue Letters of Administration in favour of the applicant and the applicants shall execute the bond within one week.
