This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24521 of 2024 by an order dated 18.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in S.C.No.185 of 2024, pending on the file of the Principal District Judge, Cuddalore District. He further submitted that the case now posted on 09.12.2024.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24521 of 2024 vide order dated 18.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Principal District Judge, Cuddalore District in connection with S.C.No.185 of 2024 on 09.12.2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
