O R D E R

This Petition has been filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act to punish the Respondents herein for their act of wilful disobedience of order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2672 of 2019, dated 21.07.2023.

2. In this case, I am not able to understand as to how the Contempt Petition itself is maintainable. Even along with the Contempt Petition, a copy of the order dated 07.11.2023 has been enclosed, which order had been passed after the order of the Writ Petition. If the Petitioner had any grievance, they should approach the appropriate authorities.

3. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the Petitioner stated that though the impugned order which was challenged in the Writ Petition had been set aside, the Respondent had again passed an order adverse to the interest of the Petitioner herein. It is for the Petitioner to seek appropriate relief in the manner known to law.

4. But, in this case, the Contempt Petition would not lie.
