ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the Order of this Court dated 01.09.2023 in WP.No.5410 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has been appointed as Noon Meal Organiser to that effect, he has produced a letter before this Court in Na.Ka.694/2021/PG1 dated 13.03.2024.

3. Such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Order of this Court is complied and no contempt is made out. Hence, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
