ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2019 on the file of the first respondent.

Though the petitioner is seeking direction to the first respondent to consider his representation, on perusal of records, it is found that the representation was submitted in the year 2019. After period of six years from the date of submitting the representation, it cannot be directed to consider the same. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation on fresh cause of action, if so advised. 3.

With the above liberty, this writ petition is disposed of. In view of the order passed in this writ petition, the connected miscellaneous petition in WMP.no.36594 of 2019 to implead the District Superintendent of Police, Vellore District, is dismissed.
