ORDER

By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus,

to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2025 and to take appropriate action at the earliest towards the misconduct of one Mrs.Vijaya, Head Mistress/4 th respondent, who is working in Panchayat Union Middle School (PUMS), Jerthalav, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District for having violated the Rule 6(4) (a) (i) of the Government Servants conduct Rules, 1973.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 4.The case of the petitioner in short is that he has lent a sum of Rs.50 lakhs as loan to the 4 th respondent, who is working as Head Mistress in the Government Middle School at Jerthalav Village, Palacode Union, Dharmapuri District to meet out her daughter's marriage expenses. But the 4 th respondent did not repay the amount. Hence, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the 4 th respondent. Since the representation of the petitioner has not yielded at any result, the petitioner has

approached this Court by way of the present Writ Petition. 5.At the outset, it is seen that the dispute between the petitioner and the th respondent is a private dispute. However, the petitioner contends that the 4 th respondent has taken a loan in violation of the Service Rules without obtaining due permission from the authorities.

6.In such a situation, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the 2 nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders, on the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the 4 th respondent and communicate the same to the petitioner.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.

8. Since no adverse order is passed against the 4 th respondent, notice is dispensed with to the 4 th respondent.
