Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents, especially the First Respondent herein, to promote the Petitioner notionally as "Technical Officer (Photography)" for the year 2013-14 from the post Senior Photographer on par with juniors and consequently revising the scale of pay of the Petitioner, and settle all the monetary benefits to him, by considering Petitioner last representation dated 05.04.2017.

Heard Mr. A.Arumugam, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. G.Ameedius, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

2. The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Respondent to promote the Petitioner notionally as 'Technical Officer (Photography)' for the year 2013-2014 from the post of Senior Photographer on par with his juniors and to consequently revise his scale of pay and settle all the monetary benefits to the Petitioner by considering his representation dated 05.04.2017.

3. In the Counter-Affidavit dated 14.06.2018 filed by the Third Respondent, it has been stated that the representation dated 05.04.2017 made by the Petitioner has been disposed by order dated 20.11.2017 and its copy has been sent to the Petitioner directly. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any other grievance to be redressed, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

4. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
