This petition is filed seeking to withdraw OP.No.437 of 2022 pending on the file of the Hon'ble Principal Subordinate Court, Coimbatore for transferring the same to the Family Court, Chennai.

2. The counsel on record for the respondent Mr.S.Chandrasekar reported that the respondent has no objection for transferring the OP.No.437 of 2022 as sought for by the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions made by both sides, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. OP.No.437 of 2022 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Coimbatore and transferred to the file of Family Court, Chennai and the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
