PRAYER: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitutional India., directing the respondents 1 to 3 from interfering with civil disputes between petitioners and respondent No.4 pending in O.S.No.135 of 2018 on the file of District Munsif Court at Tiruppur and and O.S.No.565 of 2019 on the file of Principal District Judge at Tiruppur. For Petitioners : No appearance For Respondent : Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz Additional Public Prosecutor R1 to R3.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 from not to intervene with civil disputes between petitioners and respondent No.4 pending in O.S.No. 135 of 2018 on the file of District Munsif Court at Tiruppur and O.S.No. 565 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District Judge at Tiruppur.

2. The 4th respondent has also filed a suit in O.S.No. 565 of 2019 for permanent injunction on the file of the Principal District Court and it is pending. Therefore, admittedly the civil disputes are pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent herein. The Police officials namely the respondents 1 to 3 have no role to play in the civil dispute pending between the petitioners and the 4th respondent herein. Therefore, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioners and the 4th respondent except in crime as against the petitioners or the 4th respondent herein.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
