This contempt petition has been filed to initiate appropriate contempt proceedings and to punish the respondent for Non-Compliance of the order dated 25.02.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 5859 of 2025. 2.When the mater was taken up for hearing today, the proceedings of the respondent dated 16.10.2025 was placed before this Court. A copy of the same was also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, if the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. 4.This contempt petition is closed.
