The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the Fair and Decreetal Order dated 12.11.2019 made in E.A.No.2 of 2019 in E.P.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.439 of 1995 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Gummidipoondi.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
