ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for his wilful violation and disobedience of the order passed in W.P. No.18590 of 2023 dated 26.06.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of CMDA filed a status report of the respondent along with enclosures. On going through the same, it is seen that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. This fact was also confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
