(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.28182 of 2024, dated 26.09.2024.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 26.09.2024 in W.P.No.28182 of 2024 has been complied with. In support of the same, he has produced a copy of the proceedings dated 24.03.2025 passed by the second respondent to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings dated 24.03.2025, if so advised.
