The execution petition has been filed to execute decree dated 29.08.2023 in C.S.(Comm Div) No.95 of 2021 by selling the attached property. Page No. 1 of 3

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Judgment Debtor submits that he had made the full payment to the satisfaction of the decreetal amount. The learned counsel for the Decree Holder also acknowledges the receipt of satisfaction of the decreetal amount.

3. Recording the same, no further orders are required to be made in the present Execution Petition. The order of attachment made on 29.07.2022 shall stand raised. Since, the order of attachment is with the SRO, Neelankarai, the Judgment Debtor is also permitted to place this order before the SRO for raising the order of attachment.
