ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed for violation of the Order dated 24.10.2024 passed in W.P.No.17263 of 2022.

2. It is relevant to note that the Order of this Court dated 25.07.2023 passed in W.P.Nos.10355 of 2021 etc. batch in Mr.N.Devendra Gupta Vs. The State of Tamil Nadu and in W.P.Nos.9177 of 2021 etc. batch in Hotel Manhattan Vs. The State of Tamil Nadu, which formed very basis of the order passed on 24.10.2024 in W.P.No.17263 of 2022 has since been reversed by the Division Bench of this Court by its Order dated 29.10.2025 in W.A.No.2781 of 2025.

3. Under similar circumstances, another Contempt Petition in Cont.P.No.3714 of 2025 was also closed. Hence, this Contempt Petition is also closed. No costs.
