ORDER

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the order dated 24.10.2024 placed reliance on the order passed in WP.No.10355 of 2021 dated 25.07.2023 which was impugned before the Division Bench in WA.No.2781 of 2025 and that the writ petition has been allowed by this court on 29.10.2025. Since the very basis of the order passed on 24.10.2024 has been set aside by the Division Bench by its order on 29.10.2025 in WA.No.2781 of 2025, this contempt petition is liable to be dismissed and accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed. No costs.
