The petition in Crl.M.P.No.48 of 2023 has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.27712 of 2022 dated 14.11.2022, that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur and the petition in Crl.M.P.No.49 of 2023 has been filed to extend the time to making his surrender for furnishing sureties before the learned Magistrate.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner surrendered before the lower Court on 29.11.2022 whereas the two wheeler registration certificate worth of Rs.25,000/- was not accepted by the learned trial Judge and he directed the petitioner to produce the registered land documents for sureties of Rs.25,000/-. He further submitted since the petitioner and his family are from poor background, he was unable to arrange the same, thereby, he prayed to modify the condition and seeks to extend the time for furnishing the sureties.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

ham Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur with two sureties each for a like sum satisfaction of the respondent police"and the other conditions remains unaltered and also the time for furnishing sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur is extended by two weeks.

4. With the above directions, these criminal miscellaneous petitions are ordered.
