Respondent Prayer: Application filed under Order XIV Rule 8 of the O.S.Rules r/w Section 25 of the Official Trustee Act 11 of 1913, to allot the vacant portion admeasuring 153 Sq.ft situated at No.247, R.K. Mutt Road, Mylapore, Chennai 600 004, belonging to Ponnambalam Pillai Trust Estate.

ORDER

This application has been filed with a prayer to allot the vacant portion of the land, admeasuring to an extent of 153 Sq.ft, situated at No.247, R.K. Mutt Road, Mylapore, Chennai 600 004, belonging to the Ponnambalam Pillai Trust Estate.

2. Mr.D.Lingeshwaran, the Administrator General and the Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu, would submit that the subject property, as a whole, is going to be put to public auction.

3. In view of the above, when the property is put to public auction, it is open for the applicants to participate in the said public auction and the Administrator General and the Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu is hereby directed to complete the process of public auction within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
