Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to proceedings dated 11-06-2007 having Ref.No.Na.Ka.No.16170/T3/2007 of the 1st Respondent quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to retain the Rank No.2188 assigned to the Petitioner by the Teacher Recruitment Board in year 1995 when the Petitioner was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher in Panchayat Union Elementary School in K.V.Kuppam Block, Vellore District while drawing up the panel of eligible candidates for promotion to the post of Head Masters in Panchayat Elementary schools and promote the petitioner as Head Master in the Panchayat Elementary School based on the said panel.
