This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by the Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry, in Crl.M.P.No.3991 of 2024 on 15.10.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners were originally arrested in Crime No.103 of 2024, on the file of the Cyber Crime Branch, Puducherry and later, they were granted bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry in Crl.M.P.No.3991 of 2024 on 15.10.2024 with a condition to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He further submitted that while the petitioners were in custody in Crime No.103 of 2024, they were arrested on PT warrant in Crime No.54 of 2024, on the file of the Thanjavur CCD III Police Station. Later, they were granted bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, in Crl.M.P.Nos.7455 & 7460 of 2024 on 22.10.2024, with a condition to report before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, 2/5

Thanjavur, on every working day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days, without fail. He further submitted that the petitioners had complied with all the other conditions and since they had been directed to appear before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, on every working day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 30 days, they are unable to comply with the condition imposed in the other case to report before the Cyber Crime Police Station, Puducherry. Thereby, they sought for modification of the condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, in Crl.M.P.Nos.7455 & 7460 of 2024 on 22.10.2024, to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Branch, Puducherry, on the 1st Saturday of every English Calender Month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
