Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Declaration declaring that the land acquisition proceeding in respect of land comprised in Survey No.405/1 at Vilankurichi Village, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore District under G.O.No.46 dated 05.02.1992 on the file of the respondents 1 to 3 as having lapsed and consequently direct the fourth respondent to issue patta in the petitioner name.

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Declaration declaring that the land acquisition proceeding in respect of land comprised in Survey No.405/1 at Vilankurichi Village, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore District under G.O.Ms.No.46 dated 05.02.1992 on the file of the respondents 1 to 3 as having lapsed under Sec.24(2) of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and consequently direct the fourth respondent to issue patta in the petitioner name.
