This Writ Petition has been filed to seeking direction to the first respondent to properly consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2025 and to include him as witness while disbursing the payment of amount to various depositors.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the Deputy Superintendent of Police has already conducted investigation in this regard and forwarded a report dated 17.09.2025 to the competent authority indicating that the petitioner has deposited certain amount and he has also entitled to refund of amount.

3. As the investigation has already been conducted and report has also been sent to the competent authority indicating that the petitioner is entitled for refund, it is for the competent authority to take a call. 2/4

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
