The petitioner herein, the Manager of Madhura Micro Finance and Gridit Gramin Access Private Limited been called by the police in connection with the complaint of misappropriation of fund and taken up for investigation in Crime No.945 of 2023.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the petitioner has been summoned to appear and participate in the enquiry, but failed to turn up. 3.

In the light of the above facts, it is suffice to direct the respondent police to cause fresh summons to the petitioner. If the petitioner fails to appear, necessary action has to be taken. 2/4

With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
