The Petitioner has sought for a direction to the Respondent in this Writ Petition to issue the Certificate for the market value for the property situated in Survey No. 714/1B, Cuddalore Zone, Villupuram Revenue District, Thirukovilur, Villupuram District which has been published under Tamil Nadu Reginet Website.

Mr. M. Tamizharasan, Learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the Respondent, has produced a copy of the letter dated 12.12.2019 from the Sub-Registrar, Thirukovilur sent to him giving particulars of the market value of the property as on 01.04.2003, 01.08.2007, 01.04.2012 and 09.06.2017, which are placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has acknowledged its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. 3.

In view of the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. If the Petitioner still has any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

grievance on the correctness of the particulars of the market value of the property that has been furnished, it is open to him to work out his remedies in that regard for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
