Crl.M.P.No.27 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29033 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.29033 of 2022 on 25.11.2022, shall stay at Chengalpattu and report before the Chengalpattu Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m for a period of one month and thereafter before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e, on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. till the filing of the charge sheet.
