Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the 2nd respondent. None represents the 1st respondent.

2.Learned counsel for the 2nd respondent has got serious objections in allowing the above petition.

3.The 2nd petitioner would aver that on account of the accident, he lost his wife and a delay has occurred in applying the certified copy of the award. He would further add that due to communication gap between him and his counsel, the delay of 255 days occurred in preferring the above appeal.

4.In light of the above, this condone delay petition stands ordered. The petitioner is waived from paying the interest for the delay period of 255 days.

5.Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.152425 of 2024 and post it for Admission in regular course, if the papers are otherwise in order.
