Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents more specifically the 5th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2024 and remove the encroachment of 250 sq.ft of land by way of "Amma Unavagam" in my patta land situate at No.21, Vadaperumbakkam Village, Shri Perumal Nagar, Ambattur Division, Thriuvallur District comprised in Survey No.55 admeasuring an extent of 2340 sq.ft purchased by way of a registered sale deed dated 19.04.2004 registered before the S.R.O.
