This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent/Police to conduct further investigation in Crime No.205 of 2024 on its file and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The allegation made by the petitioner, who is a defactocomplainant is that as against the accused is regarding document and hence, it is necessary to compare the alleged document with the original document. The respondent police has to collect the original document from the Registration Department, and send the same to the Forensic Department in order to get a report. Hence, this Court cannot give a direction to the respondent as sought for by the petitioner. However, the respondent Police is directed to speed up the investigation process and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
