This Petition has been filed directing the trial Court in Judicial Magistrate No.II of Erode to release the vehicle Hyundai Cretar Titan Gray Colour bearing Regn. No. TN.56 P 7421 Engine No.N4FALM062528 Chasis No. MALPC813LLMO56281 received in RP.No.179/2020 dated 08.12.2020 in view of the order in Crl.MP.No.531/2025 dated 12.06.2025 and handover the vehicle to the petitioner.

2. When the Court was about to dismiss the petition on the ground of suppression of material facts and playing fraud on Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this case. He also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.
