O R D E R

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner and another filed a writ appeal in W.A.Nos.2557 and 2559 of 2022 against the order passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.20567 of 2017 in W.P.No.19050 of 2017 dated 18.11.2022 and W.P.No.44277 of 2016 dated 28.09.2022. This Court vide order dated 23.11.2022 disposed of the said appeal granting six weeks time to the appellants therein to vacate and handover the premises to the respondent authorities, failing which the respondent authorities are directed to take further action in accordance with law.

2. In view of the above no further adjudication is necessary and the respondent authorities is directed to implement the order passed by this Court in W.A.Nos.2557 and 2559 of 2022 dated 23.11.2022. Hence this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are 2/4

closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
