This petition has been filed to extend the time for furnishing sureties as directed by this Court in in Crl.O.P.No.23581 of 2023 dated 03.11.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner shall surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 05.01.2024, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
