This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23053 of 2024 on 25.09.2024 that the Petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the Petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the Petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and investigation is pending in this matter.

4. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed as against the Petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the Petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
