Notice was issued by this Court by order dated 20.02.2026. As per the Registry's report dated 19.06.2026, notice has been duly served on the respondent. However, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent. Thus, it appears that the respondent has nothing to submit in this matter.

2.Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition on hand and the respondent has nothing to submit in this matter, the delay of 235 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.SR.No. 58956 of 2024 is condoned.

4.Thus, the petition is ordered.
