O R D E R

(Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for a direction to produce the detenue, namely, Durga, aged about 30 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.The petitioner is the husband of the detenue, namely, Durga, aged about 30 years. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.12.2019, on the representation made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the matter was referred to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 09.12.2019. As the detenue has not appeared before the Mediation on 09.12.2019, the matter is listed today.

3.Today the detenue and the petitioner are present before this Court. The detenue would submit that she is prepared to go along with the petitioner and that there was no illegal detention.

4.In view of the submission made by the detenue, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. As there is no allegation of illegal detention, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
