This Writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the orders of the 5th respondent in proceeding Na.KA.No.16/17 dated 18.04.2017 relating to fifth respondent from reducing the existing 18.04.2017 relating to fifth respondent from reducing the existing selection grade of pay 15600-39100+8400 being paid to the petitioner to Rs.930034800+4800 and recover the differential scale of pay, grade pay, allowance paid to 2/4
the petitioner to re-fixation and recovery of pay and quash the same.
2. Even on an earlier occasion i.e., on 28.07.2023, when the matter came up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to posted after two weeks. When the matter came up before this Court on 16.11.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 20.11.2023. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
