When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that one of the allottees like that of the petitioner has filed W.P.No.38872 of 2024 before this Court, wherein, this Court has granted an order of interim stay on 19.12.2024. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
