This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday Morning at 10.00a.m., Afternoon at 2.00p.m., and Evening at 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.25274 of 2023 dated 06.11.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
