This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 4th respondent to issue joint Patta in favour of the petitioner's property situated at 1)S.No 46/2- 0.27 cents (0.11.00 acres), 2) S. No. 46/6-0.44 cents (0.18.00 acres), 3). S.No. 46/4-0.54 cents (0.22.0 acres) 4). S. No. 46/7 2/6

-1.35 cents (0.54.00 acres ), 5). S.No.46/9-0.35 cents (0.14.00 acres) 6) S.No. 46/11-0.29 cents (0.11.00acres) 7). S. No. 45/17 a well in which 1/6 share 8). S. No. 46/2 a well totally 3.24 acres situated in Sri Pathanallore Village in Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District as per the petitioners representation dated 25.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the aforesaid property. He made a representation to the respondents on 25.08.2025 to issue joint Patta in favour of the petitioner's property situated at 1)S.No 46/2- 0.27 cents (0.11.00 acres),

2) S. No. 46/6-0.44 cents (0.18.00 acres), 3). S.No. 46/4-0.54 cents (0.22.0 acres) 4). S. No. 46/7 -1.35 cents (0.54.00 acres ), 5). S.No.46/90.35 cents (0.14.00 acres) 6) S.No. 46/11-0.29 cents (0.11.00acres) 7). S. No. 45/17 a well in which 1/6 share 8). S. No. 46/2 a well totally 3.24 acres situated in Sri Pathanallore Village in Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District. As the same did not evoke any response, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for the aforesaid relief. 3/6

3. Further, he would submit that the petitioner has also submitted an online application to the respondents on 19.09.2025 for issuance of patta with respect to the aforesaid properties and the respondents may be directed to consider the same.

4. Learned Special Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that respondent concerned will pass orders on the online application of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a stipulated period.

5. Heard both sides.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent concerned to pass orders on the application of the petitioner dated 19.09.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a 4/6

period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and 24.09.2025 Speaking order / Non-Speaking order Index : Yes / No : Yes / No arr To
