ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the third respondent to survey and measure the petitioner's lands as per the Deed of Sale dated 25.01.2010 registered as Document No.169 of 2010 at the Office of SRO, Nambiyur.

2. Mrs.S.Indhu Bala, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner purchased a property comprised in S.No.256/3, measuring an extent of 36 cents, situated at Gurumathur Village, Gobichettipalayam Taluk from K.Palanisamy and V.Angappan by Deed of Sale, dated 25.01.2010. The petitioner made an online application dated 21.07.2025, along with 2/6

relevant documents and requisite fee, to conduct survey and measure the the field, as per the sale deed. However, till date, the said application was not considered by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

Though many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's online application dated 21.07.2025 to conduct a survey and measure the petitioner's property, as per the sale deed.

5. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's online application dated 21.07.2025 would be considered and appropriate orders passed within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

6. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the third respondent to conduct survey and measure the petitioner's land, as per the sale deed, after giving due notice and opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as aggrieved persons, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say, in case of any obstruction being created by third parties, the third respondent is at liberty to approach the Police officials, in which case, the Police officials shall render assistance to the third respondent to carry out the aforesaid exercise.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
