ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) The petitioner has come up with this writ petition to quash the order dated 26.10.2017 passed by the first respondent with respect to removal of the encroachment made by the petitioner and also forbear the fourth respondent from demolishing the petitioner's house situated at No.1, Plot No.38, Chellammal Street, Sri Devi Karumari Amman Street, Valasaravakkam, Chennai - 8.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the Competent Court by filing a Civil suit. He also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted and this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
