The petitioner is the son of late Mr.A.Sambasivam who died interstate on 12.09.2017 possessed of share certificate in United Breweries Limited as described in the schedule. The petitioner seeks issuance of Succession Certificate. The respondents are the mother, brother and sister of the petitioner.

2. After following due procedure, the petitioner was directed to tender evidence. The petitioner examined himself as P.W.1 and marked the death certificate and legal heirship certificate of his father as Ex.P2 and Ex.P3 and the documents relating to the share certificate as Ex.P1.

3. All the respondents have also given their consent affidavit. Taking the nature of evidence recorded and produced and also hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to issue Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioner in accordance with Rules.
