This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ This application is filed for an extension of time to execute the bond pursuant to the order dated 16.08.2019 in

O.P.No.327 of 2017.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicants. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the Letters of Administration were granted in O.P. No.327 of 2017 by order dated 16.08.2019. Pursuant to the said order, the applicants were required to provide a bond on or before 14.11.2019. But on account of an inadvertent miscalculation of the date, the said bond was filed on 15.11.2019.

Therefore, it is submitted that this application is filed.

3. Upon considering the submissions of the learned counsel and on examining the affidavit in support of this application, it is clear that this application is liable to be allowed. Accordingly, this application is allowed by extending the time for execution of the bond by a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
