C.M.P.No.10477 of 2022 in C.M.A.No.749 of 2007 K.RAJASEKAR , J., This petition has been filed for impleading the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent. It is reported that two other legal heirs were already in record.

Recording the same, C.M.P.No.10477 of 2022 is allowed.

2.Learned counsel for R3 alone appeared before this Court.

3. Registry is directed to send notice to the newly impleaded parties after making necessary amendment. The appellant is directed to pay the batta. Private notice is also permitted to the proposed parties.
