O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents made a submission that the grievance of the writ petitioner has already been redressed and to establish the same, he furnished a copy of the orders.

2. However, the petitioner made a submission that the benefits are not settled in entirety. If so, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authorities if any grievance exist as of now.

3. With this liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
